Yakkity Yack

‘Yakkity Yack’ is one of two electronic artworks that were exhibited as part of ‘ I love you. Yakkity Yack got it’s title from the original toys’ brand name used to create the artwork.

The toys in it’s original condition repeat what you say to them.
I altered this function to make the toys say ‘ I love you’ to each other.
The result is a clear ‘I love you’ that with repetition to one another soon become less clear, and reach a digital shriek after a short while.
